Experience

Christian Fleischer has a vast experience in corporate law, general commercial law, mergers & acquisitions and local and international bidding processes.

He is partner within the corporate practice at Rosso Alba, Francia & Asociados since 2007. Previously he was a senior associate with Hope, Duggan & Silva (1999-2007 & 1990-1997). He also worked as Manager of the Legal Department at Arthur Andersen, Legal Counsels (1997-1998) and was an associate at Hess, Alt & Romero Carranza (1986-1990).

Christian Fleischer was a founding member and Secretary of the American University Club of Buenos Aires and has represented it at the Centnnial Celebration organized by the Washington College of Law of the American University (Washington D.C., 1996).

Mr. Fleischer was an assistant professor of Civil Law at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He has been a speaker and panelist in domestic and international conferences such as the International Tax Services, Latin America Tax Workshop (Houston 1998) and instructor at the Latin American Tax & Senior School (Chicago1998).
