Juan Marcos Rougès has extensive experience in Tax and Customs Law, particularly in
reorganizations, transfer pricing, customs valuation and litigation. He is a partner of the Tax
Department of Rosso Alba, Francia & Asociados since 2017. Previously he worked as an
associate in the firm since 2011, and in Negri & Teijeiro and Fiorito, Murray & Díaz
Cordero.
Mr. Rougès is a deputy professor of Tax Law at the Universities of Buenos Aires, Palermo
and Austral. He has written many articles published in international and national
publications.
He has also been appointed by International Tax Review as one of the “Tax Controversy
Leaders” of Argentina for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
